O2 Sports Sold us a Spa that was heap of junk Chino California

we purchased a 68 jet hot tub off O2 Sports,Which was a total heap of Junk.Upon delivery,We took off all packaging,which was packaged excellent,Had a qualified electrician install it.When we filled it there was water coming from everywhere.we then had a plumber check all the joints and we are finally set to go.

After 1 week all the outside panels start falling off and speakers hanging out.We called them many times and no.one ever got back to us.we finally get a call to see if we are happy with our Spa.We told them No.The Lady said she would sort us a refund out.

After 3/4 weeks we never heard anything so tried calling them and all phones were not working.I sent an email to Brandy who we had spoken to as we never got a manuel,she sent one back saying she no longer was emloyed by them
