at the start of all this i found out she had a baby. she din call me or email me at all .so i sent her a email and said i have the right to be with are baby to. you dont think i will push them? will you're thinking right. i will start court proceeding to obtain part custody of are child. you think i will not? i will pay child support. i will not give you full custody of are child. she my daughter to .Howard Harbottle 08/07/2008 HRH this is the email she got then i get in the mail from okaland county prosecuting attorney summons you are being sued .
OK so i get a genetic test yes a dad cool. i got a daughter 99.99 test yes me the dad . OK so i have my Bose at work fax in me w2 and pay stubs two times ok im going to pay support good my daughter. but then i get bad news default judgment on me so i call did get my pay i say yes we got it .how come a default judgment. this child must be support over and over i say this not right. this child must be support OK i hang up so i call and call will not help me garnishment on my pay take 1/2 my pay i get $159.00 to live on for two weeks do this to me for 3 years on and on
so i cal over and overt and over sent mail over and over. no help i get a 3 year review i sent it in $156.00 a mouth OK sound good o but today i get a amended one $237.50 a mouth past do child support come on you have been taking my pay for over3 years i live on low income on help for me i just want to die i don't want to live like this. i have never say my baby girl at all. take my tax $752.00 ans $755.00 1/2 my pay ripping me off money a life please help get them back

Clearly you are one with a big mouth. i did have a full time job. and i still work the same job i worked for over 13 years. i don't have the full time job no more . i don't have a car and i mist 3 days work in 13 years. and that is the truth . and i did work the job i have now and the full time job at one time. and i will be 60 in 4 years not a lie is all the truth. so bug off you !@#$%^&*()_%^&*()

You say you are working FULL TIME at a job you've had for 13 years? Assuming you STILL make minimum wage at this job, which would be highly unlikely, that would be an annual salary of $15,600 a year. So exactly how did you make only $10,000 last year working FULL TIME at a job.
I"m sorry but your story just doesn add up. It sounds like you have two jobs to boot from your last reply. $300 a month is 25% of the income of a minimum wage job. Its not too much to ask to care for your child. I gave you advice, you need a lawyer. No one on this website can fix your situation. You need a lawyer and you need to go to court to discuss your child support and visitation.

Seriously i have the same job 13 years i mist 3 day of work in 13 years i don't have a car. i live in a small town just to have a job in this town is good . i work a full time job and this job at the same time. get a life and bug off you say is not helpful at all

You are complaining about the giant sum of $300 a month? Get a full time job. Problem solved.
A full time minimum wage job will pay you $1200 a month. $300 is 25% of your income with a full time minimum wage job. You want to be part of the kids life right? If you had the kid, you would be spending a hell of a lot more than $300 to care for the child. Stop being a deadbeat, and work to pay for your kid. Work two jobs if you have to in order to save back for a lawyer. This is what a FATHER does. They work hard to care for their children, if this child is important to you then you should be working as many jobs as it takes to get the money you need. Instead you are crying about the state ripping you off for 300$ a month?
I pay 300$ a month for my kid and thats just in daycare. Let alone food, diapers, toys, doctor's visits etc. If you didn't want to pay for this kid, you shouldn't have had it.

Have spoken with a lawyers. YES BUT WILL NOT HELP ME I DON'T HAVE THE MONEY FOC IS TAKING 1/2 MY PAY FOR THE LAST 3 1/2 YEARS LEAVING $300.00 A MOUTH DEFAULT JUDGMENT WAS FOR CHILD SUPPORT I NEVER SAID I DID NOT WANT TO PAY FOR MY CHILD I WILL PAY SUPPORT FOR MY CHILD THAT JUST THE RIGHT THING TO DO. I JUST DON'T LIKE BEING RIPOFF FOR DOING THE RIGHT THING . THE MONEY WAS NOT RIGHT FOR MY INCOME PUT BACK SUPPORT ON ME EVER MOUTH AND TAKE 1/2 MY PAY I LOST A LOT IN 2 YEARS NEXT IS MY HOME I CANT PAY TAX ON IT IF THY KEEP TAKING MORE MONEY WAS FOR default judgement child support CAN SOMEONE help me SET THIS right ?

you say not being ripoff right. i send in my w2 and pay checks and a eligibility notice to food stamp. and i made $10.252.42 for the year. so the assistant prosecuting attorney puts a default judgment in on me saying my income believed to be 26.100.00 a year i sent it all in. my in come was not that. and she mover over 400 mi from me and i don't have a car no more. and said i was not getting help from human services a lie yes ripping me off still today.

First of all, your spelling and grammar are simply atrocious. That rambling story barely makes any sense at all, in the future if you are going to post things on the internet please use a spell checker.
Second, you had a baby. You never sought custody. You owe child support, every month, until that child is 18. They aren't ripping you off. If you did not wish to financially support a baby, you shouldn't have gotten someone pregnant. If you want to see your baby girl, then YOU need to step up and do something about it. Have you gone to a single court hearing over your child? Spoken with a lawyer? Anything? If you want to be a part of your daughter's life then you need to be a man and be that child's father. That means supporting the child, filing for custody, and being there every time your daughter needs you.
