I am a senior citizen on limited income. i am in a rural area and need a phone, but i certainly do not need this OAN service tacked on my bill and also taxed. i don't know what it is and i do not want it on my bill AGAIN. This is adding an insult to all seniors who are having a hard time making ends meet. TAKE IT OFF!!!!
