I state no this is, me and state my real name and phone number. They say that they had service set up for the name of Mary Brown under my phone number! I was floored never mind infuriated with this customer service persons blatant disregard for the error. They then stated they would reimburse me for the 3 months, we will see. I am also filing a complaint in writing with Verizon, the BBB in both Boston and New Jersey and to OAN themselves. I hope all people affected do the same. What a SCAM!
