Ordered Student Starter Park and upgraded to 300 thread count for daughter going off to college. Quality of items was worse than dollar store. Called customer service. They are happy to accept return at your own cost. Return shipping is $25 to $75 depending on method of return and location. They misrepresent quality and hope you won't spend money to return. To use their guaranty, you will still be required to return items at your own expense and they will be replaced with similar (cheap) quality products. You are better off buying good name brand bed and bath items that will be much more user friendly from the start and probably outlive any items sold by this vendor. Buyer beware... don't get fooled by the "discounted" prices. 300 thread count is nothing like you would expect. These are poor quality items.
