OCWEN LOAN SERVICES THE RIP OFF ARTISTS OF HOME LOANS Internet

We have been stuck with this company ever since they bought our loan; just over 4 years ago. When there is a problem, their automated system is not working properly many times. When you finally get through, you have a person on the other end that doesn't speak nor understand English very well. If they say that they can fix the problem that they caused; you find out a month later or more, it's not fixed.

We were tired of them changing our monthly amount because of their screw up with our escrow acct. We had spent a year at $911.00 from our previous $735.00 monthly amount. Last December we paid off what they said that we owed in escrow and took over our home insurance and taxes.

I sent in our yearly home insurance payment ony to have it returned. The stupid people paid it! What this says is that we have to go through the days and weeks ahead calling them; trying to get this straightened out again. This means that next month they will increase our house note again because of their inability to manage our account properly. 

We have never been late with one payment. The total frustration with this company that is owned by who knows, is enough (seriously) to want to sell my home just to get away from them. I really hate this company and feel screwed every time I have to deal with them.
