OCWEN LOAN SERVICING LLC OVERCHARGE, NOT INTENDED TO HELP CUSTOMERS, JUST WANT TO FORECLOSE. Palm Beach, Florida

Initially our mortgage was servced by Litton Loan llc. We have no problems even when we got loan modification. Once our loan got  transfered to Ocwen, our nightmare started. First off, our loan went up by almost $70,00.00 with no explanation how that happened. Secondly, they would not accept our payment and kept sending us loan modification packages over packages. They told us that that is the only way they would incorporate the $70,000.00 into our mortgage before accepting any payment from us. We filled a complaint with their complaint department and all they did was to refer our file back to the same customer service reps. At this point, we are so frustrated and looking for solutions to this nightmare. I spoke to an attorney who we might be retaining for this. Reading from website, I found out that there exist a pending lawsuit again Ocwen. I called and left a message for them. If there is another class action suit that is pending, I'll be glad to be a part of it. Here is the websit of the company: www.lieffcabraser.com I have not talked to anyone as to the pending case.
