OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC discusting run-around! Outrageous bunglers in dealing with refinancing! Completely incompetent infra-structure! Palm Beach, Florida

I have been dealing with OCWEN for the past three months, trying to get two loans which they purchased from my original loan carrier. I have faxed and re-faxed documents, statements, tax forms, rental agreements, all to no avail. I have had three 'final' decision phone conversations where I was asked for yet MORE documentation which had already been faxed; at the end of each phone appointment I was assured that all the information was complete and a decision could be made...yet in the next phone call I was asked for the same information as in the previous phone call!  And another phone appointment was made for another 'final' decision.

This was bad enough, now I am receiving letters stating, "FINAL NOTICE'' and 'we need more information' and 'your faxed information was not legible, please resend'.  Meanwhile the wolf is knocking at the door, and it's name is OCWEN! Such stall tactics, such incompetent employees who cannot collect data sent and put it into the proper files, the lack of anyone actually knowing what is going on, and leaving people wondering until the axe falls. It's no wonder there are over 82,000 complaints against OCWEN for misrepresentation and shady business practices, illegal foreclosures and the likes! A class action law suit against OCWEN is a wonderful way to get them to shape up, or move out!
