OCWEN LOAN SERVICING OCWEN LOAN SERVICING TOTAL DISREGARD FOR PRIOR LOAN MODIFICATIONS THROUGH SAXON MORTGAGE WEST PALM BEACH, Florida

I was informed by my prior loan servicer, Saxon Mortgage Services (who was also my 2nd servicer in 5 years) that my loan was being transfered to Ocwen as of April 1st, 2012. I immediately called Saxon to find out what was going on especially since I was 4 months into a loan modification request/review.  I was ultimately concerned that I would have to start the entire process all over again that had taken over a year for my family and I to get to the most recent point.  Saxon assured me that Ocwen would simply take over where Saxon left off and there should be a continuation of the process.  However, April 1st came and went and I didnt receive any kind of letter indicating what had happened or what the process will be or ANYTHING! No welcome packet. NOTHING. However, today, April 15th, a SUNDAY, I received a call from an Ocwen debt collector asking when I was going to make next payment!  That doesn't sound like a loan modification review continuation at all.  

So after I got extremely upset with the Ocwen collector, he continued to ask the same question over and over, to which i began asking a different question over and over and it turned into a shouting match, after which he hung up on me.  It was bad on my part, but i was/am extremely frustrated with all of this.  

So I called back and talked with someone in the loan mod department.  I asked if I had to start the entire process over again and she said no, but that it would take 30 days from when my loan was transferred for my modification documents to come over to Ocwen.  So i asked if i would be hounded by Ocwen from their collection department in between now and then.  THe answer was basically YES!  Despite the fact that my prior servicer, Saxon, clearly had me in loan mod review and the fact that I recently went thru a business closing and Chapter 7 BK, they still insist on hounding me for a payment I can't make, which is why we have been requesting the loan modification in the 1st place.  Apparently, there is nothing they can do about it, other than calling to hound me about a payment that they know I am no longer able to make.  

She asked if I wanted to apply for Ocwen's loan modification.  I stated, again, that I had already started one with Saxon that contained nearly 1000 pages of documentation, so why would i want to start again.  

This is a mess and they have NO clue whatsoever on what they are doing and are about the most heartless people imaginable.  

They can file for foreclosure's like there's no tomorrow, but try to get a loan modification complete and your better off holding your breath.
