I was originally with Litton Loan Servicing and pre qualified for a modification with a monthly mortgage note of $749.00 for 12 months. That was eventually denied and I was informed that I had to pay back $7000.00 and my loan was in default. Litton Loan placed me on a forbearance for 12 months with a monthly mortgage note for $1328.00 that included the forbearance payment. Before the 12 months were up my mortgage loan was sold to Ocwen Loan Servicing. The final payment for the forbearance was paid in full the month of 02/14/2012. I received a statement in March 2012 showing that I still had a balance of $4888.00. I have tried numerous times to contact someone regarding this matter to get it resolved only speaking to someone with a heavy accent hard to understand and placed on hold for minutes at a time never solving this matter. If someone can please contact being counselor or lawyer to help me solve this matter I would greatly appreciate or if there is a class action lawsuit ongoing that I can join.
