OCWEN Loan Servicing, LLC Inaccurate Servicing of my Loan Orlando Florida

My complaint is against OCWEN Loan Servicing, LLC. I have been in my home for 22 years. I have filed chapter 13 twice and chapter 7 once. I have always paid my mortgage regardless of the situation.

In the last Chapter 13 filed in 2004 and completed in March 2009, I paid OCWEN at total of $49,000.00. My initial loan was for $87,500.00.

After being discharged from the Chapter I3 in March 2009, I contacted OCWEN to get a payoff of my loan. OCWEN informed me that the payoff amount is: 74,386.18.

This calculates to me only paying $13,113.82 in the past 22 years of paying my loan for my home.

I hold a high level security clearance and my position could be in jeopardy. Please ensure that this complaint is filed against OCWEN Loan Servicing.
