Ocwen continues to say they don't receive payments when they are sent in ample time. They continue to say they didn't receive them, unless you have a mail confirmation where they have no choice. They blocked my access online and phone payment saying the info doesn't match although it lets me access my other account number. It is truly a way for them to charge fees.

If you attempt to get help you are sent to India or the philipines where they can only read from a script. I know if this is investigated they will find something here.
