Homeowners beware, you are wasting your money if you let Ohio Casualty insure your home. They are the worst company in the USA. I had homeowners insurance with them and made one claim for water damage due to a faulty shower valve. They sent someone out who took pictues without cutting out the ceiling to see what caused the damages and refused to pay. After I had a heated conversation with a very nasty adjuster who was insulting to say the least, he instructed me via e-mail to have a Plumber come out to find the source of the leak. I did as instructed and had the Plumnber call him as he requested and he basically snubbed the Plumber and refused to hear what he had to say. I called his so- called supervisor who was just as nasty, he gave me his supervisors name i called him and he has not returned my phone call. I even called the President of the company twice and my call has been ignored. I decided to cancel my policy for the mistreatment I have received from Ohio Casualty.
