Hello I am pleading for your help. Many years ago I contracted a blood disease from contaminated blood due to emergency surgery. I also have Rheumatoid arthritis. I work to support myself and do not take anything from anyone. In 2008 after sewer sludge was dumped on 200 acres of our surrounding home, I have been chronically ill, lung infections, noise sores, diareahha. Prior to the dumping I was never sick, it contaminated our water, one of our horses that grazes close to the field had to be euthanized and the other was on Intravenous IV. OMFRA has informed me they will sludge again in the next month after begging them not to. Originally the Ministry of Environment stopped the spreading because they said they could not do any more harm to me until the OMAFRA overruled their decision. Len Senyshyn OMAFRA said he would review my health records if I would sign release so the applicants, and other government departments would be privy to this info. He wrote that he would have no control over the dissemination of the information. I signed the release against my deepest desire to have the information passed around in the government departments, to the farmer who owns the land around my home and City of Ottawa officials. He made me sign this under duress as he would not even listen to my begging him to stop. He requested this information and it was to be couriered by November 15th 2011. He has only responded MARCH 15th saying he sent me an e-mail and have a great weekend. The e-mail said they are spreading regardless of my illnesses.  This proposed sludge spreading represents an environmental health risk as outlined in the Health Protection and Promotion Act because I am autoimmune compromised and have Rheumatoid Arthritis. I have not been sick up until the spreading of this sewer sludge that contaminated our well our land and the air. I have a petition with 70 names trying to help me I have gone to the news papers. I have pleaded with people to care enough as I do not want to die from this poison. I have filled a health protection act to Dr. Isray Levy his assistant told me if I get sick to go to my Dr. All of this is documented. My next step afar the newspapers is CBC which are waiting to hear from me. We have spent thousands of dollars trying to save our horse, on other vet bills, my medications, hiring an environmentalist to help prove my case, water filtration systems, loss of work etc. I am 60 years old and can not take anymore health issues. My liver enzymes were fine until I had to go on flagyl. I can not stay in my home all summer to keep away from the poison they spread and board my horses away. PLEASE HELP ME.
