Our Company Blue Oval Industries, Inc. were solisitated by OMG National to do two online videos for us. They had SEMA cridentials so we tried them. Month after Month our videos were not done. Excuse after Excuse the lied to us. Thios started in 2010. Now that we want our money back, all they do when we call is that they will have someone call us. I thought for a 2012 resolution I would be diligant on getting my company their money back. This is crazy. How company can take you money and not doing anything for it and then not return your phone calls. I we want is our money back

This client, Blue Oval Industries signed up for a SiteSpokesPerson video package in 2010. We worked with the client over many months, obtaining script approvals, talent selection and arranging their multiple video shoots. This client stopped responding in 2011 and was never heard from again. As company policy is to archive orders which have been pending for over 16 months, we archived their project. The next thing we got was a ripoff report, no phone call or email to us. We promptly called the client and offered to complete the project but were stonewalled. No credit is due at this time, however the offer stands to complete the work, further if the client will call us, we are willing to offer a 50% credit towards any of our other products should client have decided that they do not want the SiteSpokesPerson program. We welcome the opportunity to serve Blue Oval again in the future.
