We are on the National Do Not Call Registery.   We are on the Do Not Call Registry as we have disabled and elderly individuals at that residence who answer the phone and are not able to understand telephone solicitors.   Approximatly every four months, Omnisure hires different sellers to contact customers to sell auto warranty services.   They are soliciting to someone who is buying a contract for a non driveable car that is under recall.   Omnisure blames the company they have contracted to sell their product as the one who services the product and the contract must be cancelled through them.   Every four months,  they have a new seller call and sell a contract.  As I have power of attorney, I cancel the contract with the seller, send letters to the seller, Omnisure and whoever else is lsited on the warranty to remind them that we are on the registered do not call list, we want to be removed from their call list and put on their do not call list.   The phone in question has a no solicitation service.
