ONLINGO.COM TOOK UNAUTHORIZED MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT INTERNET
I was on the internet and came across Onlingo.com advertising it can be purchased for only $5.95. So I took the offer because my 8yr old is trying to learn how to speak spanish. From the advertisement the only monies that were to be taken were the $5.95. I checked my account today July 11, 2007 there is a pending amount of $69.95 on my account. I did not authorize this payment and I don't appreciate the lies they told.
I am very upset because if they would have stated that in the beginning I would have been prepared for this to happen. I have been constantly receiving emails from other different companies that apparently this company has given my name to. I tried to call them and they keep you on hold for 30 minutes or more listening to the same recording. You can't contact a representative because they are all too busy.
So if there is someone concerned about people like me who only wanted to help my son advance and be prepared for school please let me know. I am a mother with 3 kids and I don't feel this should have happened like this. They could have just said from the jump and I would have declined it but no they advertised that the collection was only $5.95. I have my bank statement to prove that is what they took out of my account over a month ago and turn around and do it again.n I am very upset you can't give your children a chance without being ripped off.
