Make IT short,
bought 6 items online from www.tigerdirect.ca by the end of 2005 , all had onrebate.com rebates, send all the needed invoices/bar code ... fast and got all the status on onrebate.com , as "we recieved your documents, and the rebate is accepted, then i got two rebates on 2006, and the rest of 4 other ones still nothing... it is about 2.5 years by now, contacted/sent email ..... everytime they said wait two more minutes, we sent your case to accounting, but no news, (this two weeks happened more than 10 TIMES!!!!! ) , last call ,6 months ago, they said since it has been too long this time they would make urgent case so they would "hand write " check for me!!! and i will recieve it in a week,
since i am not born yesterday, .. i asked if i can have the check numbers. they said no, i asked if i can have the scan of the checks, they said no,
so, as i expected, i waited for another 6 months and no checks!!
THIS IS NORTH AMERICA FOR GODS SAKES, SOMEBODY BRING THESE TO JUSTICE AND CLOSE THE DOOR OF THAT. TIGERDIRECT.COM AND ONREBATE.COM . THIS IS NOT THE WAY BUSINESS SHOULD BE...
now still hasnt paid my 135 $ rebates.. I wouldnt let them go free...
DONT TRUST ONREBATE.COM, DONT TRUST TIGERDIRECT.COM..GO FOR A DECENT SELLER WHO HAS DIGNITY AND HONESTY..(their answers to my requests , "wait 2 more weeks" FOR ZILLION TIMES, or .. was soooooo typical textbook case of fraud and dishonesty.)
IS THERE ANY LAW OR JUSTICE TO TAKE CARE OF THESE ..??
