This is warning to everone thinking on getting a Orchard Bank Credit Card. These people are nothing but a bunch of crooks. They charge high interested rates as they look for ever reason to do so by checking your credit report all the time to see if they can fine a reason to raise there interested rate even if you are paying your monthly bill on time. They also hit you with a yearly fee of 69.00 and if your close to your limit and they and the the yearly fee an it puts you over they tac on a 35 dollar over limit fee. and if you ask them to canx your accout you still have to pay the year fee until your accout is payed off.

also, you have to look at your bill close as i had a 35 over limit fee removed but the next month they addd 35 dollars in the purchase/debits area hoping you would not see it and leaving the transaction summary blank. they will also, start calling you ever day if you dont pay your bill on time i have contacted the Michigan State Attorney Generals office and they advise me that they can not charge you a annual fee if you tell them to canx your account and advise me to keep them updated ass they have been receiving a large number of complaints on Orchard Banks Fees.

I received a call from Orchard bank today and i advise them that the phone call was being record then they refused to talk to me any more so these people must have something to hide. I hope the Michigan State Attorney Generals Office takes some kind of legal action against these crooks.
