For your brother to be arrested, arraigned, tried and convicetd means the prosecutorial evidence was overwhelming against him. It simply means they had a valid case. And why are you defending your brother? Why is he not posting on Rip-Off report .com himself?
I'm not here to defend the police, but I will say one thing...guilty as charged!

It has nothing to do with race, he messed with a minor. Personally I think he got off easy with monitoring.
