OSP Communications The Billing Resource A Total scam, company takes advantage on loop on the phone companies Nationwide Nationwide

This company charged me 19.04 for the long distance call to LAMAR. I don't even know what that is. The trick comes here. I have a land line with AT&T which I use for the internet, and I DO NOT have a phone attached to it.

There is no physical phone in my house. I called the company of OSP Communications telling them the company was a fraud and they were doing illegal business. I told them that I was reading what others said on the internet about the company, and told them I was going to report them. They told me "very well sir, have a good day".

By the way, all this conversation happened in Spanish, which makes you wonder how they take advantage on so many people that can't carry English fluently. I'm sure that's why they answered me. In the English department they might not have answered (like with other users on this site) because the citizens here know their rights. But in another language, talking to a foreigner, it can be way easier to bullshit their reasons on why this month the company charges that to their phone.

I spoke with a call specialist at AT&T, and she explained to me that phone companies function as third parties, it is like we used the services of this OSP company and they charged the amount to AT&T which then charges us costumers. They do not go after any company. They stay in the comfortable middle. After insisting and proving my point, Tirssa removed my charge from OSP and told me that if this company still wanted to charge me, they would contact me directly.

I hope they do.

Then I can contact the Better Business Bureau and report OSP Communications and their sleazy ways.
