OSU Property Management is an example of the absolute worst company that makes its sole target to scam college kids in any way possible.  Jack Beatley is the owner who runs a borderline criminal operation with a very long past history of
real estate related scams.  Anybody can look up the public records on Jack Beatley and OSU Property Management
for a full legal trail. 

If you have been defrauded by these thieves go file a small claims court in your local clerk of court as we
have done.  Provide the necessary papertrail and its a guaranteed win with the judge.  Also file a complaint with the state
etc.  Dont take any of the BS excuses they try to fabricate, play hardball back and get your money back.         

OSU Property Managements business plan seems to be based on stealing as much money as possible and counting on the tenants to just accept it. Overcharging on anything possible, making up false work orders with no proof, not maintaining
properties, falsifying charges, not returning deposits, and the list goes on and on.  In our case these thieves
decided to try to steal $650 and it was amusing listening to their person who handles the rent checks panicking on the phone trying to make up any reason to not return the money; after about 10 minutes on the phone it became apparent
she realized the scam is up and just started yelling and hung up the phone. 

There are good landlords out there, there are shady slumlords, and then there is the very worst possible criminally based OSU Property Management.  Choose wisely.
