SEO Reputation Management at its best!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the Click Post Cash program purchased from Harlen Kilstein and OTC Publishing. Both Harlen Kilstein and his support staff have not been transparent or professional in disclosing actual investment requirements, results and the promise to sell sites after six months under his CPC guarantee which has resulted in a personal $1500 lost. Purchased Click Post Cash on June 17, 2012  for $497.00. Determined product was not what it claimed days after 30 day trial period, requested a refund and was denied. I had no choice but to follow through with the program for six months to take advantage of his Click Post Cash guarantee that states if I follow his program in its entirety, and do not make at least 5 times the investment and do not sell the site, he will return every penny of the purchase price of the CPC program and OTC Publishing will keep the site. Following Harlen Kilstein's Click Post Cash program has generated in six months only about $97.00 in profits which similar results or worst have been reported by the majority of other members who have bought into this scam! Harlen Kilstein has set up a fire wall between himself and group members except for a controlled forum on facebook were he deletes comments and bans anyone with concerns about his tactics and deceptions to separate members from their money, while selling additional scams to those that trusted him.

Harlan Kilstein CPC More Lies and Deception!

AUTHOR: BusinessTech - ()

Harlan Kilstein is picking up momentum in scamming CPC members in his so called ClickPostCash scheme. He is systematically picking off members one by one deny any refunds and back tracking on his claim to sell sites after 6 months of operation. Here is yet another poor soul who has fallen under Kilstein’s lies and deception: NOTE: CPC Program was not solely about making money. The primary goal was Harlen Kilstein’s CPC guarantee to sell CPC Member sites after 6 months or refund 5x the cost of the program which was $497.00…(Permission received from CPC member to post).

CPC Member:
Tried to register with “The Rip-off Report”, but had a problem. Seems that if one is not situated in the US one can register. They do give you a choice of countries, but when it gets to the “State” the only choices are located in the US.

Had a conversation on Monday with Harlan about getting a refund and here is an extract:

CPC member:
Harlan, I did send you a message via Skype last, maybe you did not get because there is no reply, so here is a copy [5/24/2013 1:29:26 PM] Gypsytrader: Harlan, I have to appeal to directly now about my refund for the CPC program ($497). The agreement was to post daily for 6 months, which I did, the days I missed are in May which is already month 9.I had to stop posting now because I did not make any money, but spent a lot on FB ads and photos.I also participated in some other of your programs with no success.

Harlan Kilstein
You did not fulfill your part of the program. A guarantee goes two ways. I have an outsourcer who didn’t even do the program making money for me every day.
13:44
CPC Member:
Where did I not fulfill the program?
13:45
Harlan Kilstein
By not posting every day for one. You’ve been through this before. Go make money with your page
13:46
CPC Member:
Please tell me on which day I did not post, because I can not find it
13:46
Harlan Kilstein
You have nearly 13k likes.
That’s not my job
This is not support and you know it
13:47
CPC Member:
So you can just throw out a statement without backing it up
13:47
Harlan Kilstein
Get with the program and make money
Contact Danielle for support
That’s my final statement here
Go make money

13:49
CPC Member:
You know your “get with the program” is getting tiring. You cannot even point out to me where I did not get with the program. I have spend over $2000 on YOUR programs with no success and all I ask to get refunded for ONE.
13:50
Harlan Kilstein
You are barely selling anything. Post something every single day
Now you’ve had my time. If you continue I will block you.

That is the support one can get from the “great man” himself!

Did you get his latest email of how he “helped” someone from CPC to make money by becoming an administrator on her FB page? Lies, all lies, why would he not show us what he did and let the (imaginary) lady talk for herself/

Anyway, if you got any ideas how I can register for the rip-off report please let me know.

OTC Publishing: Fraudulent Site Transfer Fees

AUTHOR: BusinessTech - ()

Dovid, it has come to my attention, you and Harlan Kilstein may be breaking the law charging Click Post Cash members site transfer fees. Suggest an explanation on the legality of your actions as soon as possible.

CPC Member Inquiry: To GoDaddy.

Issue : Does GoDaddy charge a fee to "Transfer" a domain or to do an "Account Change"?

I purchased a product (worth $497) from a company, which included a domain one year hosting, and training on how to build a Facebook page, etc. Well, they notified me that the domain is due for renewal. They asked if I wanted to stick with their hosting (GoDaddy) or transfer to a new hosting service.

In order to get the domain changed to my name (or the name of a new owner), this company says I must pay them $100, whether I do the domain "transfer" or the "account change." From what I've learned, an "account change" would be much easier. But, the amount of the fee concerns me.

If I had purchased the domain directly from GoDaddy, and wanted to do an "account change" to have the domain transferred, would GoDaddy charge $100? Is this something I can actually do myself without difficulty?

Since I'm not the account holder, I can't do anything. They own the domain name. I essentially "borrowed" it for nearly a year..

I think I'm going to tell them to let the domain expire, because I feel like what they're doing is unethical.

Does any of this sound like it would violate FTC rules?

I, and many others, were never told we would have to pay that ridiculous fee at the end of the program, if we wanted to own our websites. They were supposed to show us how to flip the websites for profit.

Thank you for your help.

Thank you for contacting Online Support.  I understand you are wanting to know if Go Daddy charges a fee to move a domain from one account to another. There is no fee for doing an account change and you will need to talk to them for further assistance. Note: We are not able to discuss any legal matters and you will want to talk to legal counsel.

Please let us know if we can assist you in any other way.
Sincerely,

Latest Update of Harlan Kilstein's Click Cash Post Scam! t

AUTHOR: BusinessTech - ()

Harlan Kilstein simply doesn't quit with his lies and evil tactics to scam Click Post Cash members out of more money and their trust in him!

Harlan has devised a way to hold everyone hostage by forcing them to pay him a additional $100 per year to retain rights and hosting of their paid websites, upgrades, marketing cost, labor hours and the cost of the CPC program or he will shut down all sites.

This action of course was not part of the Click Post Cash Program or the CPC guarantee, which included free hosting. Please review a recent email to all members:

From: Dr. Harlan Kilstein <clickpostcash@gmail.com>
Date: Mon, Apr 22, 2013 at 1:00 PM

Within the next two months, you Click Post Site is up for domain renewal.

If you want to keep the site, you must contact Danielle to arrange for the transfer of the site. Danielle can be reached at clickpostcash@gmail.com

Please arrange payment with Sandra by May 1 for renewal of site and hosting. You must take action on this email or you will lose your site, your hosting, and all of your work.

Peace,

Lost Google Adsense Account!

AUTHOR: BusinessTech - ()

Ethical is not correct! Harlan Kilstein has cheated hundreds of people out of thousands of dollars in his Click Post Cash program by purposely setting them up to fail in a flawed system that had no chance of succeeding and he only he would profit. Harlan's genius and leadership has caused Google Adsense to ban CPC sites for poor content and replication, which also caused some members to lose their accounts on other websites. As a result, Harlan suggested everyone get their own
hosting and re-apply under a different email address to fool google into reinstating their Adsense accounts.  At the same time Harlan's  programmer decided to increase the transfer fee from $50 to $100 to further profit on the members who chose to take Harlan's ill fated advise to transfer their CPC sites. There are other stories about Harlan Kilstein's black hat methods of cheating people in his other program's.

Harlan Kilstein's ClickPostCash Work At Home Fraud

AUTHOR: BusinessTech - (United States of America)

On  01/26/2013 10:00AM est, I contacted ClickPostCash Support and spoke to Danielle requesting a transfer of my ClickPostCash website from their servers (GoDaddy) to my hosting account (Hostgator) in a effort to resolve issues with OTC Publishing Company and their fraudulant practices.

ClickPostCash support (Danielle) agreed to the transfer as a option of their CPC guarantee.
Support directed me to their programmer (Dovid Yudkowitz) to get this done for a additional fee of $50.00 to the programmer.

I made payment through Paypal and Dovid Yudkowitz completed the transfer. After testing the website, it was found flawed and not functioning properly due to purchased plugins from ClickPostCash that were not compatible to my hosting.

Harlan Kilstein made no mention the (Purchased) plugins only functioned on his hosting account (GoDaddy) and would render my site ineffective.

I contacted OTC Publishing to get this resolved on 02/06/2013 and it was suggested that I contact ClickPostCash support for resolution. I explained to OTC Publishing that ClickPostCash support was not helpful, and told by Danielle in ClickCashPost support, they will not work with me or respond to my emails.

As it stands, I have lost $497.00 initial purchase of their program, approx $150.00 in website upgrades and approx $1,000 in required marketing to retain CPC guarantee for six months and countless labor hours.

To date, I have not gotten a response from either party.
