OTC Publishing: Fraudulent Site Transfer Fees
AUTHOR: BusinessTech - ()
SUBMITTED: Monday, May 13, 2013
CPC Member Inquiry: To GoDaddy.
Issue : Does GoDaddy charge a fee to "Transfer" a domain or to do an "Account Change"?
I purchased a product (worth $497) from a company, which included a domain one year hosting, and training on how to build a Facebook page, etc. Well, they notified me that the domain is due for renewal. They asked if I wanted to stick with their hosting (GoDaddy) or transfer to a new hosting service.
In order to get the domain changed to my name (or the name of a new owner), this company says I must pay them $100, whether I do the domain "transfer" or the "account change." From what I've learned, an "account change" would be much easier. But, the amount of the fee concerns me.
If I had purchased the domain directly from GoDaddy, and wanted to do an "account change" to have the domain transferred, would GoDaddy charge $100? Is this something I can actually do myself without difficulty?
Since I'm not the account holder, I can't do anything. They own the domain name. I essentially "borrowed" it for nearly a year..
I think I'm going to tell them to let the domain expire, because I feel like what they're doing is unethical.
Does any of this sound like it would violate FTC rules?
I, and many others, were never told we would have to pay that ridiculous fee at the end of the program, if we wanted to own our websites. They were supposed to show us how to flip the websites for profit.
Thank you for your help.

Latest Update of Harlan Kilstein's Click Cash Post Scam! t
AUTHOR: BusinessTech - ()
SUBMITTED: Thursday, April 25, 2013
Harlan has devised a way to hold everyone hostage by forcing them to pay him a additional $100 per year to retain rights and hosting of their paid websites, upgrades, marketing cost, labor hours and the cost of the CPC program or he will shut down all sites.
This action of course was not part of the Click Post Cash Program or the CPC guarantee, which included free hosting. Please review a recent email to all members:

hosting and re-apply under a different email address to fool google into reinstating their Adsense accounts. At the same time Harlan's programmer decided to increase the transfer fee from $50 to $100 to further profit on the members who chose to take Harlan's ill fated advise to transfer their CPC sites. There are other stories about Harlan Kilstein's black hat methods of cheating people in his other program's.

Harlan Kilstein's ClickPostCash Work At Home Fraud
AUTHOR: BusinessTech - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, February 07, 2013
ClickPostCash support (Danielle) agreed to the transfer as a option of their CPC guarantee.
Support directed me to their programmer (Dovid Yudkowitz) to get this done for a additional fee of $50.00 to the programmer.
I made payment through Paypal and Dovid Yudkowitz completed the transfer. After testing the website, it was found flawed and not functioning properly due to purchased plugins from ClickPostCash that were not compatible to my hosting.
Harlan Kilstein made no mention the (Purchased) plugins only functioned on his hosting account (GoDaddy) and would render my site ineffective.
I contacted OTC Publishing to get this resolved on 02/06/2013 and it was suggested that I contact ClickPostCash support for resolution. I explained to OTC Publishing that ClickPostCash support was not helpful, and told by Danielle in ClickCashPost support, they will not work with me or respond to my emails.
As it stands, I have lost $497.00 initial purchase of their program, approx $150.00 in website upgrades and approx $1,000 in required marketing to retain CPC guarantee for six months and countless labor hours.
To date, I have not gotten a response from either party.
