Be advised that Jeremy King of Oak Grove Glass is operating his company much like a Ponzi Scheme, using revenue owed to pay employees and operate while leaving vendors and suppliers in a state of non-payment. This company feels it is their right to pay invoices at their discretion, if at all.

Be wary that if you do business with this company, there is a good chance that you are purchasing product/services that have not been paid for, and consequently, are enabling this behavior.

Jeremy King and Oak Grove Glass and his employees are very aware of their outstanding financial obligations, however, they refuse to honor them and are very non communicative. Numerous calls, messages and emails have been placed for Jeremy King and his associates, none of which have been returned. Furthermore, the staff at Oak Grove Glass have lied on numerous occasions about keeping appointments to discuss or resolve as scheduled, or returned and email to that effect.

The fact that a company like this can operate in any industry is very unsettling. Currently, Jeremy King and Oak Grove Glass are in the process of being called under review by all appropriate industry related state and federal agencies to ensure that they are more responsible in carrying out licensing requirements than paying bills.

Be advised that Dr. Stainslaw R. Burzynski and the Burzynski Research Institute, Inc., AKA The Burzynski Clinic, are using revenue owed on financial and contractual obligations to operate and pay employees. All of which is done while leaving vendors and suppliers in a state of non-payment.

This company feels it is their right to pay invoices at their discretion, if at all. Be wary that if you do business with this company, there is a good chance that you are purchasing product/services that have not been paid for, and consequently, are enabling this behavior.

Flynrider....The real story is that though the names of the players may change, their actions are all similar. I did not say that these people/companies were running a Ponzi scheme, but that they were running there business much like one.

Are you familiar w/ a Ponzi scheme? These companies are taking investments from my clients, i.e. service, merchandise, etc., and instead of paying off my client, they use it to buy more product, service, pay employees, etc.

While the type of investment may be different, the principal is the same.

You've made virtually identical posts about 3 different (seemingly) unrelated businesses in various parts of the country.

By the way,  you should read up on Carlo Ponzi and his scheme.  This ain't it.  He is famous for a scheme based upon investment fraud.
