For over 20 years we have always paid our vendors and have provided low prices, quality furniture and excellent service to our customers. We are one of the few furniture stores that beat all prices and do not have restocking fees.
This dispute was a business to business matter -- not a consumer matter. A person by the name of "Bryan Williams" with Barnaby & Wolfe stated that if I did not pay this disputed invoice that he would try to damage my reputation.
Barnaby & Wolfe engages in unprofessional & abusive behavior. Barnaby & Wolfe falsely represents that they are a law firm and tries to intimidate hard working small business people into paying them by the use of threats and harassment. Barnaby & Wolfe, founded in 2011 is a collection company in Grapevine Texas with Joseph C. Noland as President and Matt Tuner as Treasurer. Previously, Sarah Noland was listed as a director.
