The Sheriffs deed presented to Oakland County (Michigan) is not truthful, a FALSIFIED DOCUMENT. The Shiawassee Condo Assoc. has possession of the property and a non-truthful sherriff deed. It's ok. It doesn't matter. Chase Bank is still the 1st lien holder/mortgagee. Laugh. Go ahead and Laugh. Laugh, laugh, laugh. Shiawassee cannot sell that property but must pay taxes. They must indeed pay taxes though it, Unit 108 belongs to Chase Bank.
