Oakwood Homes, vanderbuilt Finance and stock holders, are the predators hiding in the dark for their prey Maryville Tennessee

I purchased a home from Oakwood Homes the day I signed my closing papers the company decided to go belly up !!! With in 1 week my home was being delivered needless to say I was still unaware of the company going belly up I am more than happy to see my home coming down the road for delivery (proud of being a first time homebuyer) until they came up the drive way, there was a small hill they had to cover the driver was impatient and just wanted it on the land so he hit the gas pedal as hard he could to clear the hill and broke the outriger at the exterior wall at the front door and warped all the floors,and roof threw out the home known of which are repaireable I have had fires in my home from the wireing which is not up to code,the fire marshall has been in my home and said it should have never pass any of the inspections now I am left with a expensive card board box on my property that oakwood likes to call a house (Ha!)

now Vanderbuilt owns my loan which they decided needed to be changed around a little to best suit them, interest rate changed and I requested a copy of my payment history from them their records DO NOT match mine I have never made the minimal payment I have always paid more AND I have cancelled checks showing the amount they have deposited but their history only shows minimal amount being paid where is all the extra money I send in go? they've been charging me late fees of $35.00 in one month 3 seperate times within a 2 week period of time when im not in the rears on my payment which even if I was late, my late fee is supposed to be $5.00 after the 15th day of payment that must not have suited them either something else they decided to revise on their own and my payment went from $611.13 to $693.15 a month once they took over my loan all of this was done with out my acknowledgement or my signature on a revised contract. If there is anyone else out there with the same problem we need to come together and stop this company from ripping other families off. There are no laws to protect the consumer but if we stand together we can have alot louder voice the just 1 person (MORE PEOPLE BIGGER THE VOICE STAND UP FOR YOUR RIGHTS)
