I saw you website and read a report someone wrote, on Oan Services the exact thing happened to me. Oan Services is a billing service for Integrated Services. I actually called them several consecutive times yesterday. All I got was someone saying they would call me back.
This morning I received a phone call from a very irrate woman with a very b.....tone of voice. She actually screamed at me. Whenever I tried to interupt her to ask questions.
I told her I never received services or a phone please STOP billing my phone company VERIZON.
The first bill was for $72. and the next bills were for $20.55........cont.
Verizon said that they could re-route the charges to Oan Services and that it could possibly stop!!!! But it hasnt yet.

I have a charge on my Sprint bill for $15.40 in reference to OAN. I called them and they said I authorized "Affinity Marketing" to bill me 14.95 a month to download some crap I have never even heard of. When asked for there phone number I was told that OAN, handles there customer service, and that there was no phone number or address for "Affinity Marketing". They said they would give me a refund in 60 days!!! We will see if that happens.
