The Oasis Energy call me without knowledge I said yes give them my BGE electric ID, when I thought about it I called them on the next weekday I think it was on Friday when they called so I couldn't reach them Saturday. but Monday I told the agent it was a Lady with Hispanic accent she said the department that does this stent open I think it her that I first spoke with or a white guy but I had to call twice. they said its cancelled and give me a cancellation ID , so I thought nothing of it until a few months later my bill was drastically high. I check my BGE bill there behold Oasis was there I was like I thought they said it was cancelled so I called BGE and talk to the customer service. a girl there she inform me how deceptive Oasis Energy was that I should call them. I thought it was strange how I used to pay just BGE like $50 something dollar now Oasis Energy double that? I called them up and guess what after explaining they ask me for the cancellation ID given to me about a couple of months ago. I said I didn't have it they said they have no record that their two agents give me a cancellation confirmation ID, I told the agent that I wouldn't lie that they told me I had nothing to worry about that they had cancel my account. I said I want to cancel they told me that I was in a contract with them I think 2 years. I said this doesn't make any sense that I'm stuck in this lies for 2 years for something I was deceive in? The guy said I can shorten your contract to 6 months which is still too long or pay $150 now to cancel, I hate both of those options the company is so deceptive the plan all of this to keep customer without there will now my new bill is $82 it's like paying cable bill I will never recommand this company.
