Oasis Home Health INc Holly K Montano, Jared Shafer, and Patience Bristol medicare fraud, elder abuse, exploitation Internet Las Vegas, Nevada

It has been more than 2 years since the last report on Oasis Home Health Inc.  Mr. Shafer has continued his unethical practices of harming senior citizen.  In fact he has bragged about his affiliation with your company.  Shafer has a tendency to say a lot of things when he is drinking. Just ask anyone in Henderson.  Your company's name gets tossed about by him.  If you want the problems to go away, simply ask Mr. Shafer to stop talking about Oasis Home Health.  Mr. Shafer states he is a silent partner and it was his money, which enabled you to do business.  So for now Mr. Shafer's rip offs reflect directly upon Oasis Home Health.         

I stand corrected; Mr. Shafer used to be a public guardian and is now a private guardian.  I grew up in Las Vegas and am just used to his former title.  He still performs the same function: protecting fragile elders.  I am sorry if people are not happy with Mr. Shafer or his associates, but again, we are not affiliated with him or his company.  Mr. Shafer has NO ownership in any of our companies.  KeepYou Company took care of one patient of Mr. Shafer's.  Oasis Home Health has never had any dealings with Mr. Shafer or this supposed employee or supposed patient(s).

I love how anonymous people on here are trying to imply that my company has done something illegal.  How about all of YOU identify yourself, paste your home address on here (mine has been), and divulge every last piece of information about yourself?  Obviously by including Oasis Home Health in all of these post, and now by including a hospice foundation, which isn't even in business, someone is just accessing public records and trying to imply something which just doesn't exist.  You already know who is on the Board of Directors, it is right there with the public records you accessed.  And you know that Jared Shafer or any of his associates are not on there.  

Again, if there are any REAL questions regarding KeepYou Company or Oasis Home Health and our standard of care, please contact the Nevada State Health Division who regulates us and is fully aware of who is on our Board of Directors.  We are owned by 2 registered nurses (one being myself) and have the highest standards of care and ethics in doing business.  

I am filing this letter to act as a witness for my friend Marry who submitted report 650518. I have copies of the specific medicare bills, which have been turned over to the department of justice. Medicare government consumers are being ripped off by the policies of Holly Montano and Jared Shafer. The government is in the early stages of an investigation and reports will reach the news media in a few months. Victim families have come forward. As I write this article these families are now talking with investigators. Holly Montano wants proof of Marry's employment, I can assure her she will receive this documentation in a court of law. Ms. Montano stated in her rebuttal that Mr. Shafer is appointed by the government. This fact is entirely incorrect. Shafer is a private citizen who left his post as Clark County's public guardian under a black cloud of extreme ethics violations. Mr. Shafer was acquitted through his argument of not understanding the law, which is very strange because he wrote the regulations, which he claimed total ignorance. Montano stated that Mr. Shafer was not associated with Keep you Company & Oasis Home Health. A called to Jessica who stated she was in charge of franchise operations for both companies told me Mr. Shafer approves all Franchise awards in Clark County. We can't find that special six degrees of separation as claimed by Ms. Montano. The fact Oasis and Keep you Company do business with Mr. Shafer is very dangerous to seniors. Mr. Shafer has a terrible online history, which existed before www.ripoffreport.com posted these reports. We have the Utah Securities case where Shafer pleaded no contest, which involved selling securities without a license. Shafer had to return $20,000 in ill gotten gains. The no contest plea never resolved how much of his ward's funds were invested in the Gammet & King fraud, which filed bankruptcy. We have the American Mafia articles, The Las Vegas Tribune Estate of Denial articles, Blogs filed on the National Association to Stop Guardian Abuse website, E Duke Yukel series, the twisted badge stories, and we can't forget the reports aired by Las Vegas Channel 3 TV news. Mr. Shafer should be known as America's teflon guardian. Unfortunately Oasis Home Health and Keep you Company continue to do business with this man. Holly Montano assumes report 650518 was written by a disgruntle family member... The disgruntle argument has been used throughout our history to cover up frauds, exploitation, and mismanagement. It doesn't fly in this case. Using the disgruntle cover only reinforces the allegations. Ms. Montano, you can do better for your companies. My opinion for all seniors is if you are doing business with Oasis Home Health, or have Jared Shafer as your guardian, (die quickly).
