Ocean State House Cleaning Anne Aldridge, Cleaning For Heros Run by a egomaniacal sociopath warwick, Rhode Island

I've been thinking about who keeps posting this crap and now I know.  It was pretty easy to figure out by the things this poster was complaining about.  Her name is Raquel G**** and she quit after she became pregnant and didn't want to work anymore.  She LIED to the department of labor claiming that we laid her off so that she could collect unemployment.  Alison, the office manager at the time, fought her claim tooth and nail even going as far as to take it into court.  Alison proved to the department of labor that Raquel was lying about being laid off and that she did in fact quit.  Raquel's unemployment benefits were denied.  Not hard to understand why Raquel feels the need the lie and spread untruths about her former employer.  Once a liar....always a liar. 

The post above contains so many lies and inconsistencies I dont even know where to begin to address them.  First of all, the owners name in ANNE with an E.  If you are going to criticize someone and call them names at least get the spelling of their name correct.  Secondly, you either have no idea what you are talking about or you are flat out lying because everyone who works here knows that Anne does not deal with the cleaners directly and she never has.  She doesnt hire anyone and she doesnt fire anyone.   So for you to claim that Anne texted you or even called you is a flat out lie.   That would never happen.  You may have had a run in with Kara who was a nutjob but it wasnt Anne because her office staff take care of the employees and its always been that way as long as Ive worked here and Ive worked here since 2008!  Also, let me set the record straight right now that no, I am not one of her daughters boyfriends.  I am one of the top team leaders and have been working for Anne since she used to run the company out of her house.  Im well acquainted with the current and previous office staff along with the many cleaners who have come and gone over the years.  Why would you care if Anne had people working here that reported back to her unless you were afraid of what they would say about what you were doing!  You complain that Anne is a crazy bitch because she is picky about how her house is cleaned?  She should be!  If you cant even clean the bosss house right how are you going to clean a customers house the right way?  Do you realize how stupid you sound?  Let me guess?  You must be one of the those cleaners who want to get in and get out of a house like lighting giving the customer a hit and run cleaning so you can get done with the day as fast as you can and god forbid the customer complains because if they do they are a crazy bitch.   No wonder you dont work here anymore and I'm glad you don't because I get sick and tired of having to reclean houses that cleaners like you mess up!  You were probably written up a number of times for doing just that and youre bitter.  Anyone who can continue to come back to this site and spew lies like you keep doing must be one very bitter person.  You need to get a life!  Anyone with half a brain can see right through you not to mention how you are embarrassing yourself.

Let me guess that you as the current employer that works there is defending this company because you date the owners daughter. How pathetic. The people that work for this company are the best cleaners, there is nothing bad to say about them. Its the owner that acts like spoiled brat, self conscious person. You are going to tell me that she does nothing wrong when everyone in that company only says negative things about Ann? The way she has treated some workers there is horrible. I got emails,text, and a recording of her being so rude and psycho. I CAN PROVE IT!. Yes shes the owner but she should treat her employees better she doesn't even have the dignity of showing her face at the office. How is it that she hires her own workers to clean her house and she fires every team all the time because shes crazy. If she dosent like it then she should be cleaning her own house. And by the way im not saying she is rich maybe shes not but she has the most nastiest personality ever. Pretty sad how she has her daughters boyfriends working there so they can tell her everything. I mean one of them kisses her ass 24/7 just so she dosent blow hes head off. Is it fair that when her daughters worked for the company they weren't  allowed to drive their own cars? but since we are just her employees we have to drive our cars everywhere but her daughters don't have to? There is so many things alot of people can say about this company. The workers are great but the owner is a selfish bitch. AND NO I WASN'T FIRED FROM THERE I LEFT BECAUSE ALL THEY DO IS LIE. She charges customers alot of money for cleanings but i wonder where that money goes? Because as i can remember Ann herself had wrote a note and taped it to the back wall saying " RE USE CLEAR BAGS THAT ARE PUT IN THE CUSTOMERS HOUSES IN THE GARBAGE" so we had to empty the bathroom trash and not throw away the bag.I can prove that to since i have a picture of it. So many things that can be said about her and so many people that would love to talk and really prove that shes so rude. Maybe i should consider talking to channel 12 and tell them why i left and why other employees have left. Or even better THERE IS FORMER CUSTOMERS OF OCEAN STATE HOUSE CLEANING THAT WOULD SPEAK OUT AND TELL YOU HOW THERE WERE TREATED AND WHY THEY QUIT THERE SERVICES. THE TRUTH HURTS and i will not stop till its all out.

I'm a customer.  I can only speak directly about my experience, which has been entirely positive.  Cleaners arrived on time.  They were stocked with all of the appropriate, and mostly brand-name products.  They did a thorough job .  Are they perfect?  No, but it's really easy to be picky about a house or apartment cleaning.

As to the negative comments here.  It should be obvious to any reader that these come from disgruntled current employees, or more likely, terminated employees.  I don't know how she runs her business, nor how she treats her employees.  Nor do I really care how her employees get a Christmas bonus or not.  I care that they show up with a smile, and do their jobs.  I can tell from reading these reports that they are obviously an attempt to slander this woman, and to hurt her business, and that this is meant to be revenge. 

Their accusations undoubtedly cannot be proved, or disproved for that matter.  That's the unfortunate side of posting anonymously in order to hurt someone's business.  Again, as a customer, I feel very satisfied.  And frankly, I'm simply not interested in reading vindictive nonsense like this.

I just had to respond to this last posting because it is nothing but BullSh*t.  I've worked for here for over 3 years and I can tell you first hand that our trays are full of brand name supplies like comet, lysol bath cleaner, mr. clean floor cleaner, pledge ect.  Any customer can look into our trays and see that for themselves.  We use oreck, kenmore and simplicity vacuums.  Hardley what I'd call junk.  And as for Kara and Alison nether of them work here here anymore. At christmas time we get tons of tips from our customers sometimes doublel what our pay is for the week.  Anne gave everyone either a cash bonus this year and those who haven't been with the company long all got gift cards to toyrus for each kid they had or a gift card to dunkin donuts.  Last year the same thing.  Cash bonus or a small gift or gift card depending on how long you worked for them.  What more do you want?  Can you say greedy much? No one gets fired around here unless your cleaning sucks or you have an attitude problem.  I've seen people who should have been fired given chance after chance to straighten up and most of the time they refuse.  You have no idea how much Anne makes so how can you even make a statement like that?  Do you think its cheap to run your own business?  I've cleaned Anne's house myself and I can tell you she doesn't have much so I don't know why you think this woman is loaded cause that isn't true. 

Firstable this company treats there employees like shit. I will start with Ann the owner, everyone thinks Ann is a saint because she goes to church and she raised 4 children on her own props for that, guess what everyone has their own problems and been through worst stuff shes not the only one. Can you believe that for Christmas she doesn't even acknowledge her employees? not a even a thank you card. Shes treats her employees like shit and fires them over no reason. She does not talk to her employees, she doesn't even care about listening to an employee. the website says that they use the best cleaning products well is bullshit. she buys the cheapest products there can be. The sponges that are use to clean kitchens and bathrooms are used more then 5 times. her husband goes through the garbage and he takes them out and sents them back to the office so we can re-used them. The vacuums are pieces of shit. Ann needs to learn how to treat her employees is kind of messed up that none of her employees cant get a hold of her through email or phone because she will fire you. The cleaners are great cleaners that the company has but very bad management. Alison Videtto would leave letters on a Saturday for the cleaning team saying " Call the customers and tell them you got in an accident" because she would over schedule houses. My point is that the employees are not treated how they should be. Ann for the  money she makes she should be buying better products and equipment. Ann should engage more with her employees and be more alert of what goes on with her business. The employees work so hard they kill there backs and hands and get not appreciation. I would never work for a company like this or even hire the cleaning service. For Ann Aldridge being very poor in the past and going through all the hardship she went through back then, she should appreciate more and treat people like they should be treated. There is alot more i can say about this company and owner and former management. I have letters that are very nasty that Alison,Kara have wrote and taped to the back room. 

I saw a news story on WPRI 12 news about Ms. Aldridge and her child support case on 1/9 and a newspaper article in the Providence Journal on 1/10.  On 1/4 her ex husband was sentenced to 6 months in jail and ordered to pay back $300,000 in restitution to Ms. Aldridge for abandoning her with the couples four children 14 years ago.  This rip off report was filed on 1/7, 3 days after the ex husband's court appearance.  It doesn't take a genius to figure out who left this very vindictive post about Ms. Aldridge and her business.

Readers can always see right through an angry, disgruntled ex-employee.  My best guess is you were fired for being a lazy, incompetent ass.  Instead of owning up to your own screw-ups in life you are lashing out at the company who wouldnt tolerate your lazy incompetence.  Either that or you were fired for not being able to spell.
