Oceano should not be classified as a "luxury apartment living" community. First and foremost, Christofer Castillo is a huge liar and this is a sentiment expressed by most if not all of the residents. He claims the apartments are sound proof with acostic flooring. Any resident will tell you, that's bullcrap. This building was built in a rush therefore, short cuts were taken in order to stop "Greystar" which is the parent company of Oceano; from losing money. I hear EVERYTHING from my unit. I hear the neighbors speaking at conversational tone, I hear the neighbor upstairs when she gets up to use the restroom, etc This place started off with high hopes and have turned into a nightmare. I am personally aware of approximately 20 residents either suing or planning to break their lease early due to the shady business practices displayed by Oceano/Christofer. Before you move in, speak any resident AWAY from management. They will tell you the truth about this place. We've also had a rodent infestation, stolen vehicles, etc. check out ripoff report and other consumer websites....you can find better in this area....trust me. These are just a few of the complaints for this place, we've had home breakins, the police is out here daily arresting someone its just been horrible. Don't believe the hype about this place. But if you don't believe me or the reviews on ripoff report etc as previously mentioned speak to ANY resident AWAY from the person trying to sell you the unit.
