Ocwen Federal Bank Mortage ripoff tactics Orlando Florida

A widow friend of mine was trying to refinace her mortgage currently with Ocwen Federal Bank. She received a negative report from them which caused her to almost lose her chance to refinance and go to a higher interest rate. Now Ocwen is charging her late fees and threatens forclosure proceedings. She is absolutely sick and has suffered a blow to her credit rating which seems to be one of their favorite tactics to get people. They cause people to lose the possibility to refinance and then they cannot get out from under Ocwen and eventually lose their homes to Ocwen. They prefer wired money payments they told her for her late fees etc. They are very unscrupulous and should be avoided at all costs. DO NOT USE THEM TO REFINACE your mortagage.
