Ocwen Financial Home Loans Ocwen failed to approve a short sales after 6 months of hard work and lied several times during the sale Internet

Ocwen Bank has denied a short sale that was an all cash offer for more then the market value of the property. Over the past six months since last March we have tried to get approval.

They continued to stall us saying it was in review.

They never competed a BPO on the property to determine its true market value.

They put off the the approval until 1 week before the sale date in a foreclosure sale. They never notified the seller it was being defaulted upon and he discovered by accident.

 Over all the months of working on the sale, they never disclosed they were going to foreclose. They told him now that the sale date has come up they have quit working on the file.

 They also told him they had their own private investor who was going to buy the property at a higher price then the short sale. How can they do this when the seller never saw the offer to begin with? It is still his property.

 They have lied and deceived the seller many many times, hung up on him , barely speak English as they are in India, and the bank has outsourced their depts so they are totally unreachable here in the United States.

Their behavior is horrible. They even denied the seller the right to the HAMP program and the HAFFA

When I have questioned them as to their behavior they say call back tomorrow. Every day I call and a new person repeats the same script. They are horrible lenders. Be ware of their antics.
