Ocwen LLC Illeagle, incompetent, thiefs West Palm Beach, Florida

Ocwen Illeagally purchased a debt consoildation my late mother, Eula Jones made with the defunact "New Century in 2004. New Century was found guily of 'preatory lending practices", in the sub prime market, the poor , the elderly. Ocwen purchased the loan from New Century, as they were "dumping such loan Before Court. The State of Texas Banking commision says Ocwen LLC, does Not have the legal right to own a loan or mortage in Texas. I tryed to modify the loan after my mother's death fro insurance and taxes. This was done in July 2008, the first escrowed payment was paid in September 2008, but when a hurricaine come Sept. 13 2008, I was told I had "single interest" insurance only. This home has never been properly repaired, Ocwen continues to add fees for inspections and they have not been here one tim.  Information from the FTC, says Ocwen did not aquire the loan leagally, I am the legal owner by Heirship papers filed, there is No Estate in my mothers name, (it was not required) Ocwen refused to recognize the Insurance policies I took out in my name After my Mother's death, but you can not take out an insurance policy in the name of a Deceased Person.

Ocwen paid in October 2008, Lincoln General for a policy, After the damage was done.

Lincoln General too the $1700.00 paid by Ocwen, kept one months premiem, an agency fee, and cancelled policy Nov. 7,2008

 Ocwen said they paid out $29.000. for repairs to my Attorney Louis Lippman

Ocwen sent a check for 16,000. in the name of "the estate of" the attorney, took 1/2 of that and made out a check to me for 8.000.

Four years later,

Home is still damaged, electric, plumbing, mold

Ocwen did not aquire the loan leagally, by FTC rules

Not licenced in the State of Texas to Own a loan or mortage in this state

there is no Estate set up in my late Mother's name, so it does not exsist

Ocwen adds monthly charges for "insurance to benefit Ocwen" , that is no why people "Escrow for insurance and taxes. I have asked them to STOP paying my taxes and my home is not insurable, because of the damage from Sept.2008, when it was supposed to be modifed July 16, 2008.
