Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC Ocwen Federal Bank FORECLOSED, REINSTATED, NOW MODIFIED AND LOAN TO MATURE SOON AND BALLOON PAYMENT DUE OCWEN WONT BUDGE West Palm Beach, Florida

I have already been foreclosed a few years ago by ocwen and paid dearly for a attorney who managed to give me the chance to get my loan re-instated. 

Afterwards i got behind on my payments once again and recd 2 loan modifications and now at this point have a balloon payment due shortly when my loan matures as a result of the first loan modification.  I was informed about probably a year from a ocwen customer service rep. that i could jus continue making my regular payments.  Recently when i inquired again about it i was informed thay the balloon payment would be due in full at the maturity date and i would be given one month to pay it before foreclosure would begin. Unfortunately i did not get the customer reps. name employee number or anything in writing and if i had not asked i would not have known this until the maturity date arrived but it still makes no difference because i cannot get the funds after making my payments paying taxes insurance utilities etc. there is just no money left to apply to a balloon payment and the house needs repairs no money for that nobody will loan money because my credit is destroyed ocwen wont refinance   if anybody can help please let me know thx!!!!!!!!!
