This company had complaints ten years ago when handling the RTC foreclosures for the Federal Government as they did not have legal title to properties they were foreclosing on. They have done so now to me...again and after getting big bail out money from us tax payers too! They even hacked into my phone and put themselves first on my contact list, which is alphabetical! I don't even know how to do that. I keep my messages full so they stay out of my phone, hopefully. Wrote them by certified mail, after they took over HomeEq, disputed the loan and asked for validation of it. Never did get a real response...it is over one year later. Got a forensic an securitization audit that proves major violations of Federal laws and it took forever because Ocwen refused to respond to multiple requests for documents. I sent them $30.00 for doc fees...they put a $30.00 charge on my mortgage loan, treating it like an open-ended credit card. After asking for a loan modification they wanted me to sign docs where there was an undisclosed 'balloon payment' after the end of the loan, forgiving them for not having all the docs that they are required by law to have AND promising to sign any and all docs they send me in the future! They treat you like trash and then still want to foreclose. Report them to everyone you can, they believe they are above the law. Send everything by certified mail. Do not let them scare you the more they try the more they are breaking the law. Call your states AG the FBI everyone and tell them your story too. Save your home and your future and stand up to these banksters or they will economic slavery through fraud the norm for the world.
