Ocwen Loan Servicing BOGUS CHARGES ILLEGAL CHARGES NOT RESPONDING TO REQUESTS TO PAY OFF LOAN NON ENGLISH SPEAKING REPS Orlando Florida

we assumed this loan approximately years ago and Ocwen was the loan server. It has been a nightmare since. Anytine you call them you either sit on hold for an exorbanant amount of time or usually get a rep that does not speak clear english.

I am in the process of refinancing the loan and started the process around 07-15-07 and to date have not been able to close due to thefact that the title company they used did not file the necessary satisfaction of the mtg where I assumed the qualifying mtg.

I have requested 4 times that they please send me the title or tell me the company info so that I may contact them to obtain the loans since this is costing me money in the interim. I have also requested that they send me an official letter stating that when they took over this loan there was a title search and send me the apprropriate docs so that I can provide the new bank with same.

I have been told twice that for some reason this request was deleted from the system with no explanation. I am so tired of calling and it sounds like the reps maybe of Indian decent and they can not speak clear english-it is always I'm sorry I do not understand. This is crazy.

They also have on the computer when you request an official payoff that some states allow a fee but it clearly states that Fl does not have this fee.
I just recieved a payoff and was charged $ 50.00 approximately and also my current statement states my unpaid balance is 34150.60 but they want 35302.38 which includes an interest payment for July and August 07 in the amount of approx 680.00 which I paid with the monthly payment. Another ripoff.

They did tell me that if I instruct the bank to deduct these charges and the 50.00 payoff fee they would not send the deed or do the satisfaction until I gave in. EXACT WORDS

what a rip off company
Even the banks that I am dealingwith said that Ocwen has a very poor rep. Why doesn;t the goverment do something?
If anyone can tell me how to join any of the lawsuits please respond as I am disabled and it is important that I obtain this new loan
