where do i start with the problems ive had with these people. i was with a mortgage company the went under and ocwen took my loan over from them. since then ive had nothing but problems. i owe more on my house now than when i bought it. they have added on so many false charges and and late charges to my account, in which payments have been made on time. a tree fell on my house in june of 08 after going trough the insurance steps i recieved my first check in july 08 then when repairing what damaged found more problems with my house, after recieving my second check from the insurance company,(which have been great trough this ordeal) on october 08, i sent the checks to ocwen to get them endorsed, they have had 2 of my checks totaling $21,000.00 since october 11, 2008. ive had to rent a home due to the fact that my home isnt liveable. ive had to get a courte order for them to sign the checks on january 6, 2009. still have not received 1 red penny from these people. now lets talk about there customer service, what service. do they run a bp station or a dairy queen out of the same building. you can never talk to anyone you can understand. they could care less about your problem your having.ive tried to call and talk to someone about the false charges and act like they dont hear you. these people are the biggest buch of you know whats. im almost to the piont of just filing a 7 and telling them to kiss where the sun dont shine.
