Back in august of 2010 , I had lost my job. I then immediately notified Ocwen of my circumstance an continued to make my payments on a modification that I had received earlier in the year of 2010. In the mid point of 2011 I had then went back to Ocwen to let them know that I was struggling to make my payments and asked for help. They had told me that I cannot have help because I had missed a payment on my modification trial period. I contested that and they sent me a payment history for a charge and it didnt go back to the trial period. Up to now they have not been able to show me this. I continue to have calls with them and they say they cannot help me. I would just once like to talk to an American person who was born and raised here. They keep giving me the run around but to this day havent proved to me that there is any reason that I cannot receive help. Their only solution is to sell. I am an American born and raised that has a family that needs help. If I were from another country and coming here I would have the red carpet rolled for me. If (HELPING CUSTOMERS IS WHAT THEY DO) why is this help I am asking for so hard to get. There were 2 payments made this past August of which one of them was a mistake and they wouldn't even have the dignity to return it. All I need is a little help. I am back to work . They are now telling me that I cannot get help because my circumstances haven't changed. I went from unemployment to being employed again. Does that make any sense what they said at Ocwen.
