Ocwen Loan Servicing No call centers in the United States , Internet

Call Center for customer service is located in the houston office on the 7th floor. I have seen it personally. Insist on speaking to someone in the states. The calls are automatically routed to India. Go to the Ocwen office go to security on the 5t floor and insist on speaking with someone in customer service. Don't let them tell you there is no one there because there is. 

You have to keep on these guys don't let them transfer you to India and if that happens hang up and call back until you get someone in the states. Its all about putting codes in the system and how many calls they can take in a short period of time. These people work in very stressful conditions if they are a minute late and aren't logged in they are written up. Employees are not valuable to this company. I know it is frustrating dealing with this company but remember the people that are taking the calls are trying to keep their jobs and making the call quota is the only way they can do it.  Main office is in Atlanta GA. West Palm is just a call center thats all. I don't know about the charges for your payment but you can file a formal complaint. Keep up with every call you make, put it in writing and send it certified to back up your claims. Good luck.
