Since 2007 when I refinance my home with a predatory lender and immediately this mortgage was sold to Ocwen I have been hit with outrageous fees , late fees,taxes,insurance,property tax,modification fees,foreclosure fees, occupuncy detection fees, etc.   I have had to file a chpt.13 bankruptcy to stop them from taking my home that is now worth less than what I owe on it and the Presidents plan to help underwater mortgage holders didnt do a damn thing to help middle class people refinance or remodify there mortgages which the modification is nothing but a scam also because all they do is tack it on to the end balance of the loan making you owe more and you never will get the loan paid off.  As the Bailout that helped the banks and other companies get back on their feet I think that every homeowner should be able to refinance there mortgage to the lowest rate possible no matter what their credit score or rating says because we the 99% deserve to be bailed out also. Ocwen is the biggest mortgage scam company on the planet and they need to be brought down and the little people who work hard everyday deserve a break just like the banks so that we can have more spendable cash flow and get this economy back on it feet.
