Ocwen Mortgage Co. Predatory lender Orlando, Florida

In 2006, I purchased a home for $182,000.. The loan was thru Halliburton Mortgage Co,, It was FHa 80/20 loan and interest was 11-1/2% on both loans. I was told I could refinance at any time to bring my payment and interest down. Shortyly after the loan closed and I moved in the econmony went bad and my job nearly stoped. I tried calling the mortage co. and could never get anyone to answer the phones. I then contacted Atlas Mortgage and applied for a new loan and they quilified me but we could not get a payoff from Ocwen Mortgage co.  
 
So that blew that. Next o plan was to sell the property and I found a buyer we could not get a payoff no one answered phones. I would have signed a deed in lieu of foreclosure but I could not get into contact with no one. They foreclosed on the property in 2007. Now this is 2012  they sold the property for the first which left the second in the amount of 32,000.00 and they keep hounding me. There is no property they took it.

 I finally got thru to Owen mortgage on or about October 2012 by certufued ketter ti dispute this. Then I got a telehone No, and could talk to a person. They said to offer an amount to settle this thru a short sale and I did. Caller 2 times after that and they never sumitted my offer. So there is nothing ese I can do as I do not have the full amount of $32,000.00 and there is no property to begin with, I just need help and I feel like that I have been had by a poor mortgage co.

I am a widow with a teenage son and a handicap daughter to care for.
