Ocwen Mortgage Company Ocwen Loan Servicing,LLC Horrible Company to do business with, Crooks Internet, Florida

 I'm writing this letter because of a company that has bought out my mortgage Ocwen Mortgage Company. The practice illegal and wrongful business  proceddings. They charge and add on fees, that are not even  an issue.  For years, I've been fighting with them, I called to get a pay off on my loan, only to find out they have sent back my payments to Money gram, never to be notified, that they were not applied to my loan for 4 months. Saying the last payment I made was Nov. 2010. I had to go back to money gram to get my money back that was returned to them for my house payments.
Then to find out Im condsered in Foreclosure, and 169 days behind. Well if the payments I sent would of been apaplied to my loan I wouldnt be  behind. They have  charged me for insurance on my home, when Ive already paid insurance, to raise my payments  nearly $200.00 a month. I have faxed, the insurance company has faxed them copy after copy, and there comment is, well we havent recieved them.. Then add another 800- 12-- on to my  mortgage. Setting me up for a escrow account, with out my knowledge or permission,  and the charges, just continue every month.  Double charging me through my payments and my Escrow account. That they set up with out authorization.
When does it stop. They have   a class action lawsuit against them, that goes to court in Chicago, May 16,2011./// They should be closed down for doing this kind of business over and over. I know IM not the only one that has had these problems.. The sad thing is how do we get it stopped. They have been court ordered to stop these practices, and continue to do so.
Its always your fault,  or they didn't get the info in time, or at all. I find it odd, I can recieve mail from them, but they never recieve mail back from me.So to the people that have these constant problems.. Please  help put a stop to this.. we don't deserve to be treated this way, nor do we deserve to loose our homes. When the economy is the way it is.. Its unfair to do buisness this way.
 So lets stand together and put an END to OCWEN... Mortgage Company.
