To whom it may concern, After my conversation with one of your representatives I had an uneasy feeling about being affiliated with your organization. During this conversation I mentioned that I received a notice from my bank stating that Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC had send an e-bill soliciting a certain dollar amount that was greater than my monthly mortgage payment. The representative repeatedly denied that Ocwen had done such a thing and question if I was making a false statement. I offered to send the notice verifying this information, which I did and I'm awaiting a response. So here's the bottom line. Since your mortgage company has taken over my loan its been one fiendish act after another. The loan modification you purposed more than doubled my monthly mortgage payments owed to Ocwen; once I declined the proposal your organization demanded a $600.00 increase to my monthly mortgage payment for 12 months to pay back an $1,800.00 insurance payment, that Ocwen made without my authorizations. Can you say "Loan Shark"! After going word for word with the Ocwen representative(s) a decision was agreed upon, that I would pay the lump sum of $1,800.00 by 15 April, 2013 without plenty. Now I remind you, this all happen before I received a notice bank that Ocwen was requesting a payment approximately $600.00 greater than my monthly mortgage payment; coincidence not even. Your organization has proven to me early in our relationship that your motives and business practices are questionable. I've not been late or missed a payment on this home.....but the way that your organization is conducting business forces me into a dilemma. I wish to discuss the dilemma with upper management at the earliest time possible to avoid unwanted circumstances. Respectfully,
