They informed me that they don't show they have received the physical form i sent them and it expired. They will not extend this and were very unreasonable to speak with. They also require a deposit for "taxes" without providing information on this. I have checked with others who have tried to redeem this certificate and all have said that it is a ripoff and no business should continue to promote their services
