Corporate Advocacy Program™
If you are having problems and cannot obtain confirmation from the Companies themselves, You have been Ripped Off. Don't Buy from Office Depot, until they fix their own Problems. They Don't want to acknowledge or Take responsibility for what they are doing and Don't want to give You a refund as they have done to me! Hopefully the Vendor Companies will go through their Inventory of Fake Software and Shut It Down!

This just sounds like a disgruntled customer to me. If your local Office Depot didn't want to give you a refund, there's probably a good reason. Our return policy on software is 14 days, unopened only. If the software has been opened, we'll exchange it for the exact same item only. After 14 days, the official policy is that we don't accept returns but if it's been fairly recent we usually do it anyways. But only for unopened software. Good luck finding anywhere that sells software that's willing to refund you after you've opened the package.

If they are selling illegal software do you really think Panda AV would just sit there and do nothing. Nope, they would go after them.
By the way how would Panda know that they are also selling illegal Microsoft programs?
