Search TipsYour "2-year" plan began from Day 1. Correct? Therefore you only purchased 1 additional year beyond the mfr. Many retailers do this - mask (overlap) the first year.
A premium plan ( at a ridiculous price) would've included physical damage in year one.
Without that the only thing you got was power surge protection - which is the functional equivalent of asteroid insurance.
Hopefully you already filed a complaint with your local BBB and your state's Dept of Consumer Affairs. The masking of the initial year is a deceptive business practice.
