Contacted supervisor after didn't get response i wanted from customer service online and still no help with neither agent and theyobiviously didn't want to gain my business as didn't try to do anything to gain my business. best buy customerr relations wanted to get me as a custoemr and since wouldn't prce match another onliete site they sent me a gift card to try and get me as a customer but what i wanted withit didn't work but they made them selves look better than staples i mainly buy my p stuff at intrex
