i bought the computer . i did everything the sales clerk told me to,such as copy all upc and serial numbers copy reciept. i made copies of everything!! sales clerk said it would take 10 weeks -well that went by and i got nothing!! i was suppose to get a 10.$ and a 70.00 for printer-and 150.00 for the 1000.00$ gateway i purchased. i started making phone calls after the runaround they gave me another number to call and was told,: mam you may have to wait at least 3 months sometimes !!! so i waited,after 8 months i got the ten dollar check , then wrote on the compurter to them and finally got a 70.dollar check for printer- i am still waiting for the 150.00$ and its going on a year!! guess what ? i wrote them again and was told : mam you let it expire its too late!!! after being told to be patience and wait!!!!!how frustrating is that !! i will never buy a thing from office depot,and i recommend you all boycott them!!!
